This photo I captured at the Bears game over Thanksgiving break defines our country as a whole via it's integrity. The concept behind this photo is that almost everyone attending a live football game dedicates their time and respect to literally and physically give attention to how it is possible to even have a sporting event like this. Our freedom given to us by our country and military allows us to have entertainment like this. I feel it is especially relative because Colin Kaepernick is back in the spotlight and is a potential candidate for the Bears to sign. Personally I feel it would be the most disrespectful act for him to be the host quarterback in "Soldier Field". We stand for those who can't. I don't disagree with his right to protest and that is how social movements take place by the minority opposing the majority, but the overwhelming support of the National Anthem's norm to stand is what the majority wants. Until the societal norm changes, this type of protesting isn't necessary accepted.
